About the Ilion Foundation
The Ilion Central School district Foundation was established in 1994 to enhance the educational opportunities for all the students of the Ilion School District. The Foundation is comprised of up to 15 volunteers from the community. The main focus of the Foundation is to raise money for the benefit of the students and teachers in the district. While most money is raised through Foundation sponsored fundraisers and Daily Number drawings, donations and bequests in honor of or in memory of individuals are also accepted and greatly appreciated. Mission Statement
It shall be the primary purpose of the Foundation to enhance the educational program of the Ilion Central School District by providing materials or equipment and by funding programs and capital projects that cannot be readily financed by means of the annual school budget.

A $5.00 donation gives the ticket holder the chance to win:

$50.00 each day in April for the winning number

$10.00 each day in April for the number above & below the winning number

A special $200.00 for the winning number on April 15th.
All winners will be notified and awards paid to them promptly. This fundraiser is limited to 1,000 tickets. 100% of money raised will benefit the children in the Ilion School District.
The winning number is determined by the NY State Lottery’s evening 3 number drawing.

Engraved Brick Project
With an engraved brick you can pay tribute to a family member, leave a message to future generations, or simply include your name among those who have supported our school district. Currently placed bricks can be seen near the front entrance to the Ilion Jr.-Sr. High School.
Cost is $35.00 for two lines or $39.00 for three lines. To purchase a brick, contact any Ilion Foundation member or Tom Goldin by mail at 27 Harriet Ave., Ilion, NY or by phone at 894-3381. You can also email JoAnn Duga at joanndugaicsdf@yahoo.com for an order form or more information.
Ilion Sports Schedule Poster
Calendars are printed for the three sports seasons. Ads from local businesses support this fundraiser. All money raised helps the Ilion sports teams. See any Foundation member or call 894-3116 for a free calendar, more information , or if you would like to place an ad on the next sports poster calendar. (View list of sponsors)
November and April Daily Drawing
A $5.00 donation gives the ticket holder the chance to win $50.00 each day in that month. Once number above and below the winning number wins $10.00 with a special $200.00 drawing on Thanksgiving and Tax day. Tickets available at all three Ilion schools, from any foundation member or contact JoAnn Duga at 894-3116 or by email at joanndugaicsdf@yahoo.com. The winning number is determinded by the NY State Lottery evening three numbers drawn each day. (April 2011 winners)

United Way
Designate the Foundation as the Recipient of your Donations to the United Way Fund.
Here's a way to support the Ilion Central School Foundation in a way you may not have thought possible—designate the Foundation as the recipient of your United Way Fund donations. The new campaign doesn't begin until next September, but the Foundation wanted to give you this information in advance. Look for a reminder in the fall and please spread the word to friends and family members who also contribute to the United Way know.
