Chiever wins race logo design contest
senior Ryan Chiever won the contest to create a race logo for this
year’s Ilion Foundation 5K Run & Walk. Ryan’s design features the
Ilion “I” breaking the tape at the finish line. That design will
appear on race advertising as well as race T-shirts.

Ryan said that he has drawn for a couple of years
and thought the contest would be a good way to become better known in
A sprinter on the Ilion track team, he will attend
MVCC in the fall to study criminal justice with plans to become
involved in child welfare, possibly as a social worker.
